UQ St Lucia Medical Centre:

9:00am to 11am on Monday 23rd September, Tuesday 24th September and Wednesday 25th September.

UQ Herston Campus: 

Wednesday 4th September, 9am – 12pm & 1pm – 4pm, Room 312 in Health Sciences Building (#0901)

Thursday 5th September, 9am – 12pm & 1pm – 4pm, Room 214 of Mayne Medical Building (#0881) 

International House – UQ

Wednesday 11th September, 9am – 12pm.

Grace College – UQ

Friday 13th September, 9am – 12pm.

Kev Carmody House, UQ Res St Lucia

What to bring/provide

Medicare card holders:

Please bring or provide your Medicare card details if you are a Medicare card holder. This will allow us to upload the evidence of your vaccine to your immunisation history statement, which you can access through myGov.

International students: 

By providing us with your Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI), we can upload evidence of your vaccine to your immunisation history statement, which you can access through myGov.
